Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available except in the following case, and these cases only:
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or a product with an error that is our fault such as a misspelling, please return the product to us and we will ship you out a replacement as soon as possible, under the following conditions. In the event that the item you’ve purchased is for any reason not replaceable we will refund your purchase after we have had the chance to inspect the damage and verify that it was as a result of the following issues:
- Manufacturing Defect
- Error in production that is our fault (so check your spelling please, if we engrave a product as you request it, we will NOT replace it for free. You are welcome to repurchase the item if the problem was created by your oversight)
- Item (not the packaging, but the item itself) was damaged in shipping
- Manufacturer’s recall
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, per our credit card processor, this process must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date, or you can opt to call us and have us apply your refund to a replacement/different product. Any returns made after the 14 day window will automatically be applied as credit toward another purchase via a one time (1x) use discount code.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your card provider.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the replacement item being shipped to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we highly recommend you use the trackable shipping methods. Replacements will only be granted if the damaged item is received, inspected, and approved prior to a replacement being produced and shipped to you.
